FALL/WINTER APOINTMENT TIME SIGNUP IS OPEN

If you need to change your appointment it is the same process as signing up.

 

Make your appointment time at the bottom of this page after you sign up to be a consignor.  You will need your consignor number below.

Please secure an appointment time to drop off your items on Sunday, September 8th or Monday, September 9th or Tuesday September 10th .  Drop off appointments are required to help us give you the personalized attention you deserve and to save you time.   PLEASE remember to print your labels on card stock only and place them on your items early to make drop off quick and easy. We will not have space for you to tag your items.  

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR CONSIGNOR ID NUMBER ON MASKING TAPE ON EVERY PIECE YOU BRING.

 


Every item will be checked in during drop-off and any unacceptable items will be sent home with the consignor or donated to our donate program that we support at the seller’s discretion.  Please, do not be offended if we ask you to take back some of your items.  We will be screening items very closely so as to maintain the quality of the sale. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any item that we feel may not sell. It is often easy to miss a spot or tear when preparing your items at home.  We reserve the right to pull items from the sales floor if they are found to be unacceptable even after check in.  They will be held for you until pick up time or donated if you have requested that we do so.  We want to be known for having the best quality merchandise and we want you as a purchaser to have confidence that you are buying the best!! HOW TO CHECK IN:

Please, no children on pre-sale night if you are able. Please do not bring strollers or wagons as shopping carts on presale night due to space restrictions and those items possibly being confused with merchandise we have for sale

  PLEASE READ!!!!  All items not picked up by 6:30 PM on Tuesday, September 17th will become the property of Belles and Beaus to be used at their discretion and donated to the needy families that are identified through our donate program.    If you are not able to pick up your items at the designated time, please have someone pick up your items for you.  Make sure that you list them as your alternate on your contract and that they are aware of your consignor number.  You will be asked for your CONSIGNOR # and a PICTURE ID  as you come in to pick up your items and/or check.   IF YOU ARE GUARANTEEING YOUR ITEMS, YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO PICK UP YOUR OWN ITEMS.  FRIENDS AND LOVED ONES MAY NOT BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AN ITEM IN LOST AND FOUND OR IN OUR DONATION AREA.    Please check the lost and found area in the foyer for items that do not have tags as well as your inventory list for your own items before you leave. Any items left after 6:30 p.m. will become part of our donate program    Thank you for considering us to help you sell your items.  We are here to serve you.  Please let us know if you have any suggestions for improvement.
