FALL/WINTER APOINTMENT TIME SIGNUP IS OPEN
If you need to change your appointment it is the same process as signing up.
Make your appointment time at the bottom of this page after you sign up to be a consignor. You will need your consignor number below.
Please secure an appointment time to drop off your items on Sunday, September 8th or Monday, September 9th or Tuesday September 10th . Drop off appointments are required to help us give you the personalized attention you deserve and to save you time. PLEASE remember to print your labels on card stock only and place them on your items early to make drop off quick and easy. We will not have space for you to tag your items.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR CONSIGNOR ID NUMBER ON MASKING TAPE ON EVERY PIECE YOU BRING.
Every item will be checked in during drop-off and any unacceptable items will be sent home with the consignor or donated to our donate program that we support at the seller’s discretion. Please, do not be offended if we ask you to take back some of your items. We will be screening items very closely so as to maintain the quality of the sale. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any item that we feel may not sell. It is often easy to miss a spot or tear when preparing your items at home. We reserve the right to pull items from the sales floor if they are found to be unacceptable even after check in. They will be held for you until pick up time or donated if you have requested that we do so. We want to be known for having the best quality merchandise and we want you as a purchaser to have confidence that you are buying the best!! Please arrive on time or a few minutes before your scheduled appointment with your items in excellent condition. All electronic items MUST have new batteries or they will not be able to be accepted. ALL ITEMS NEED YOUR CONSIGNOR CODE INCLUDED SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THE TAG. There is a limit of 150 items per consignor per season.
Sign in at the front table and we will assist you to a station where your items will be checked for quality. While we are checking your items, you will be asked to sign the consignor agreement and fill out an envelope we provide you with for your check to be mailed to you if you are unable to pick it up during our Unsold Item Pick Up / Pay Day. We may not have people available to help you bring your items in, so please bring someone to assist you if needed for heavy items.
A good idea is to place an upside down garbage bag with a small hole in the middle of the top (actually the bottom of the bag) for hangers to come through to keep items separated, clean and dry during transport. Do not let barcodes get wet as they are printed on an ink-jet printer and can be ruined.
