Children's clothing sizes 0-18months MUST be on children's hangers.

Do not put shoes in plastic bags.

Tags MUST be printed on plain white card stock. Tags printed on regular copy paper or colored cardstock will not be accepted.  DO NOT HOLE PUNCH TAGS!

**Please do not seal any bags before you check your items in.  We must check inside and it is easier if it is not sealed.  Bring your tape so that you can seal it if your item is accepted.

Drop-off appointment sign up will be August 7th at 9:00am.

Vendor sign up begins August 9th at 9:00am.  NO early entries will be accepted.

• Drop-off procedures:
  • YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TIME.
  • You must be ready at your appointment time. This is not the time to pin your tags or put your consignor number on your items. If you are not ready, you will asked to leave the station, finish your items and get in the back of the line.
  • You must be on time for your appointment.
  • You will not be able to check in any earlier than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late or miss your appointment, you must contact us to reschedule.

THERE IS TO BE NO PARKING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. NO PARKING SIGNS ARE POSTED. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED PER LEXINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT. BELLES AND BEAUS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR VEHICLE IS TOWED.

• Volunteers must be age 15 or older. 

• ALL consignors must place their consignor number on every item they consign in another place other than their barcode tag.
