Belles and Beaus is the fastest growing and most organized sale in the midlands with over a thousand shoppers at each season’s sale.  These sales are sought after and visited by many parents, grandparents, childcare providers and teachers.  We provide affordable advertising packages for businesses targeting families.  We can get your name and information in the hands of your target customers.  Whether your needs are large or small, we can put together a program that works for your business.  Space is limited.  Belles and Beaus reserves the right to deny any applicant.  Family friendly businesses only.

We offer great affordable opportunities for family friendly businesses to set up vendor booths at our sale.    If you have a mom or kid related business and are interested in being a vendor, please fill out the form below after the date listed above.   Spaces fill up quickly, so don't wait to sign up.  You will receive an email from us to let you know if we have space available.  


Vendor Booth  ...............................................................$15 per day


There are 6 vendor booths available on each of the sale days.  Set up your own 6 foot table to display, promote, sample, or sell your products.  The cost is $15 per day.  You choose how many days and which dates work best for your business.  Vendors that have great success tend to have interactive booths and provide samples or coupons and/or a give away for one of our presales.


Vendor Guidelines:

  1. Vendors can rent booth space to accommodate one (1) six foot table for $15 per day.    One vendor per table.  Table placement will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. You must provide your own table.

  2. Only 1 vendor per category per day will be allowed (i.e. one jewelry booth, 1 make-up booth, 1 hair bow booth).

  3. Vendors are responsible for all sales transactions.  You keep 100% of what you sell.  Belles and Beaus does not receive any portion of your sales.

  4. Vendors may set up 30 minutes before the start of the sale.

  5. All merchandise/materials/services must be new and approved by Belles and Beaus. 

  6. We reserve the right to remove any materials or vendors.

  7. Belles and Beaus will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of vendor merchandise or materials.

  8. Reservation of space is not confirmed until payment has been received. Please contact us here for availability prior to sending any money.

  9. All vendor fees are nonrefundable. 




Advertising on the Vendor page ……………………… $20 per season 

Can’t make it to the sale?  Tell our shoppers about what you have to offer on our website for only $20.00.  This can include your name, logo, phone number, email address and website link.  You may also include a little information about what it is that you do.  This can be done at any time and lasts for up to 6 months or until vendors are accepted for the next season.
